Throughout his career, Mourad has built a strong track record of success, having led more than a dozen product line introductions from initial concept through full commercialization.
Tom Nguyen is the Vice President of Business Development and Product Strategy at Inventus Power, where he leads global business development, product strategy, and marketing for the company’s advanced and large-format lithium‑ion battery system. With more than 17 years of experience in battery cell and pack development, Tom plays a central role in shaping Inventus Power’s next‑generation product roadmap—overseeing system architecture, market assessments, and growth strategies across multiple industrial and motive power segments.
